課程概述 |
本課程與傳統的金融理論與政策之課程不同，不按照一般金融教科書系統來教導基本之金融理論及貨幣政策，而在於討論這些理論如何用來解釋貨幣政策的作用，並探討其在國際金融危機的運用。 |
|
課程目標 |
基於上述的課程概述，本課程預計藉由說明下列兩個主要課題，來達成本課程的教學目標。
第一，探討新興經濟體之金融發展，並由此討論貨幣政策如何協助金融穩定及金融國際化與全球化之發展。第二，探討國際金融危機之發生，造成的衝擊影響，及貨幣政策之反應以避免經濟之不良後果。
